Our Family
Zeke Martinez is the dedicated owner of Raven Auto Repair, a family-oriented business built on a legacy of automotive expertise and entrepreneurial passion. A proud Catholic, family man, automotive entrepreneur, and property investor, Zeke brings deep roots and a lifetime of experience to his work.
Zeke’s passion for auto repair stems from a rich family history. His maternal grandfather, Macario Vela, a World War II United States Navy veteran and battleship mechanic, passed down his mechanical knowledge after retiring and running a shop in Del Rio, TX, during the 1950s. On his paternal side, Zeke’s great-grandfather, Vincente Salinas, and great-uncle, Chente Salinas, operated a neighborhood repair shop in Laredo, TX, during the 1930s.
The tradition of automotive excellence continued with Zeke’s father, Guadalupe Salinas Martinez, who mentored him in high school during the 1990s as they worked together building high-performance Ford Mustangs. These experiences instilled in Zeke a lifelong passion for innovation and craftsmanship in the auto repair industry.
Our Beginning
In 2019, Zeke acquired an oil change business and transformed it into the thriving Raven Auto Repair. By 2023, Zeke and his father achieved a remarkable milestone by converting a vintage Blockbuster Video Rental store into their state-of-the-art auto repair shop at 7515 W Military, San Antonio, TX. Zeke attributes the success of Raven Auto Repair to the unwavering faith and perseverance of his family, guided by what he describes as God’s “Divina Providencia.” This multi-generational dedication has positioned Raven Auto Repair as a trusted and dependable name in the San Antonio automotive community.
Our Legacy
Zeke’s journey into the auto repair business is a legacy passed down through generations. With both grandfathers owning shops and his experience building performance Ford Mustangs with his father during high school, Zeke was destined to make his mark in the automotive world. In 2019, he stepped up to continue this legacy by taking over the reins of what was once a Quick Oil Change Shop, transforming it into the independent and thriving Raven Auto Repair. The long-term Vision is a chain of auto repair shops that serve our community and provide a foundation of sustained prosperity so future generations can expand and develop by labor the gifts they have received from God.
